This was my first time making a handbag and this pattern was great! I did follow along with OklaRoots' video tutorial, but the included directions were very clear and I wouldn't have had too much trouble even without the video. I usually make costumes, so I consider myself an intermediate to advanced sewist. The techniques in this pattern are very straightforward and basic enough even for a beginner. I never know what to do with my scraps; looks like I'll be making bags now!
